On October 24, Delta Chapter SAR along with Clinton McCausland American Legion Post 190 will be planting a Liberty Tree at Ripon Veteran's Memorial and Honor Wall - 311 First Street in Ripon, CA.  Local dignitaries, press and state officials will be invited to attend. Please plan to join us at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 24.

We have had a great response from local officials and dignitaries for our Liberty Tree Dedication at 10:30 a.m. on October 24.  The City of Ripon has graciously embraced this project as has American Legion Post 190.  Plans are being made to both plant the Liberty Tree in Ripon Veteran's Memorial Park and to place a memorial stone to commemorate the event. California State Color Guardsmen will do a live musket fire. Please see the attached flyer for this event and mark your calendars to attend. We hope to see all of you there.
